Wrestling Ability

Move Set:

  • Russian Legsweep
  • Bridging German
  • Many Kicks
  • Running Bulldog
  • Flapjack
  • Snap Suplex (sometimes a snap Fisherman's Suplex known as "Red Line"; possible finisher)
  • Knife Edge Chop
  • Slap
  • Stalling Neckbreaker
  • Swinging Neckbreaker
  • Elbow Strike
  • Fast Kicks: Also, many kicks can be employed using a fast kick style. The practitioner shuffles the back leg forward to the front leg, and the front leg comes up and kicks closer to the enemy than the practitioner had been before execution. This can be used with side kick, roundhouse kick, front kick, hook kick, and axe kick.
  • "Eomji" - Eomji is a fist with the thumb protruding over the top. This is a formidable weapon in pressure point striking. Vulnerable areas can be targeted all over the body such as the sternum, the spaces in between the ribs and other nerve clusters.
  • "Hook Kick" - A less popular kick traditionally, it has found increasing favor in modern competitions. The practitioner raises the knee in a fashion similar to the roundhouse kick, then extends the foot outward then snaps it around in a dorsal arc, with the heel as the intended striking weapon. (Also used as a feint for GHK-1)

Cheating Manuevers:
  • Tape Choke
  • Naked Choke (no disguising it!)
  • Stepping on Opponent's Face
  • Boot Spin on Opponent's Face
  • Spitting on Opponent
  • Backhand to the FACE!
  • Punch to the Throat
  • Heel Package VX-9 (Foot Stomp, Eye Gouge, Bootrake, chokeholds, kidney punches, etc)
  • Using the referee as a human shield
  • Low Blow

Joke Spots:
  • NOOGIES~!
  • "Red Light" A snap mare (Gibson believes it is the most devastating manuever ever created and celebrates hitting it as if he won an extra inning perfect game World Series.)
  • *VERY RARELY* "The Sure Thing" - A BIG legdrop (A move stolen from his mentor, Tyrone "Purple" Hayes, Gibson will take some time to listen to the crowd's "cheers" and then walk to the ropes, bounce off those ropes, move at a deliberate pace, then hit a BIG LEGDROP! Immediately after the BIG legdrop hits, Gibson goes for a pin with a sloppy or arrogant cover. This cover _NEVER_ wins a match, ever. Gibson will throw a massive fit at the "horrible and erroneously slow count" by the referee. Heel commentators should always play up how amazed they are that the opponent kicked out; it's a great comedy spot/overconfident spot that should be used sparringly)

Super Heel Moves (can result in automatic DQ)
  • Backfist - A Son Deung clenched hand is swung backwards into the face of an opponent. The back of the hand makes contact and the momentum garnered in the swing makes this a powerful strike. Spinning backfists are a knockout punch and banned in most Taekwondo competitions. An automatic disqualifation.
  • Salt to the Eyes (Time Out!)
  • Fork (stached in boot)
  • Mist (variety of colors and even 3 colors at once!)
  • Fireball to Face
  •

Signature Moves:

  • Discus Punch
  • Hotshot
  • "FSK": Front Snap Kick - This is a very linear kick. The practitioner raises the knee to the waist, pulls the toes back and quickly extends the foot at the target. It is also known as the snap kick. The front kick is one of the first kicks learned in TKD; if mastered it can become one of the most powerful. This technique is more meant to be used to push the attacker away, but can injure.
  • "Tuscaloosa Tumble" - A guillotine face driver (possible finisher)
  • "Bounced Check": A slingshot suplex (another possible finisher)

Finishing Moves:

  • "GHK-1": A vicious roundhouse to the side of the head; can come out of nowhere.
  • *Ultimate Finisher* Purple Poison - Stalling brainbuster
