Move Set:
- KNEES/LEGS
- 1) Kneebreaker/Shinbreaker
- 2) Double Kneebreaker (Frank waistlocks and lifts the victim with one hand while holding both of the victim's legs bent with the other and then kneels down quickly, driving the victim's knees into the mat. Occasionally he will use a bottom or middle turnbuckle variant if the situation calls for it.)
- 3) Crucifix Kneebar
- 4) Figure Four Leglock
- 5) Crooked Figure Four Leglock (The victim is on their back, Frank is facing away from the victim. He applies the figure four to the victim’s legs and then falls to the side instead of straight back, forcing the victim's legs to be bent at an angle.)
- 6) Anklelock
- - ARMS/SHOULDERS
- 7) Shoulderbreaker
- 8) Legdrop Shoulderbreaker (The victim is bent forward while Frank has a hold of their arm. He then places one leg over the back of the victim's shoulder/arm and jumps up, using his weight to drive the victim’s shoulder into the mat.)
- 9) Over The Shoulder Armbreaker (Sometimes Frank will use a sitout variant of this, usually after having applied the regular version a few times.)
- 10) Hammerlock
- 11) Double Chickenwing
- - BACK/NECK
- 12) Backbreaker
- 13) Cross Knee Backbreaker Hold
- 14) Bow and Arrow backbreaker hold
- 15) Boston Crab
- 16) Shoulder Neckbreaker
- - GENERAL HOLDS, TAKEDOWNS AND IMPACT MOVES
- 17) Basic American-style wrestling moves (Armbar, wristlock, clothesline, backdrop, armdrag takedown, single-leg takedown, punch, kick etc.)
- 18) Short-arm clothesline
- 19) Short Arm Kneelift
- 20 ) Russian Legsweep
- 21) Suplex
- 22) Belly-to-belly Suplex
- 23) Cradle Suplex (Probably better known as Perfect Plex or Fisherman’s Suplex.)
- 24) German Suplex & Release German Suplex
- 25) Bulldog
- 26) Sidewalk Slam
- 27) Piledriver
- 28) Fireman's Carry Gutbuster Drop (Frank lifts the victim up in a Fireman’s Carry and then pushes them up and over his head while at the same time dropping down to one knee before dropping the opponent stomach first across Frank’s knee. Although Frank is fairly big and strong this is not a move he can really pull off against the heavier class of opponent he might face, so he usually restricts it to people not significantly heavier than himself.)
- 29) Bodyslam
- 30) Powerslam
Signature Moves:
- 1) Measured stomps or fist-, elbow- and kneedrops to a previously hurt bodypart on a prone opponent (This is often the first sign that Frank has found a weak spot to zero in on, and the fans who have seen Frank in the past know it and often react appropriately. Once the match passes this point Frank will almost always be utterly relentless in targeting and punishing that particular bodypart and this is when his mean streak really starts to show.)
- 2) Hammerlock slam (Frank applies a Hammerlock to one of the victim's arms, then lifts him up and dumps him onto the mat with a bodyslam with the arm trapped behind the victim's back, thereby causing it to be smashed between the weight of the victim and the mat.)
- 3) Hammerlock/Russian Legsweep combination (Frank applies a Hammerlock to one of the victim's arms, then performs a Russian Legsweep, basically smashing the victim's arm between his own body and the mat in addition to the regular effects of a Russian Legsweep.)
- 4) Uncle Frank’s Family Friendly Fun Time (A Fishermanbuster. Occasionally Frank will use the Super-Fishermanbuster variant as a finisher if the match calls for something other than a submission move to finish it. In that case the name becomes “Uncle Frank’s Family Friendly SUPER Fun Time”.)
- 5) Say Uncle (A Double Chickenwing into a Bulldog. Frank applies a double chickenwing as usual, making sure the opponent is bent over first and standing slightly to the side of the victim. Once the double chickenwing is in place he leaps forwards, pulling his off-balance opponent along by the chickenwing, driving them face first into the mat as he sits down. He will then normally keep the double chickenwing applied after the impact.)
Finishing Moves:
- 1) Uncle Frank's Funhouse (Description: Basically what I describe as a "Kneeling Full Nelson Backbreaker". The victim is placed in an upright kneeling position on the mat, then Frank kneels down on one knee behind him and locks on a Full Nelson. He then places his other knee up against the spine of the victim in the lower back. Frank then pulls back on the upper body which is locked in the Nelson, while pushing forwards with the knee which is digging into the victim's spine, arching the victim's back and putting pressure both on the neck/shoulders and the lower back.)
- 2) Uncle Frank's Funhouse v2.0 (Description: This is basically just a grounded variant of the Funhouse. The victim is face down on the mat with Frank on top of them applying a Full Nelson hold. He then sits up in a kneeling position driving one knee into the small of the victim's back while he uses the Full Nelson hold to pull their upper body up off the mat. This arches the target's back and puts pressure on the neck/shoulders and lower back. It’s also known as the "Snap, Crackle and Pop".)
